Where can I check my order details?

To view your order details, simply log in to your account on our website
at (www.sulvani.com). Once logged in, navigate to the "My Orders"
section to access all your past orders.

Alternatively, a
confirmation of your order will be sent to both your registered WhatsApp
number and email after placing the order

Can I change my address after placing the order?

Yes, you can request a delivery address change before your order is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address

The colour of the product I received is slightly different from the images. Why?

Product images are photographed in different lighting to best reflect their true colour. While we strive for accuracy, slight colour variations may occur due to camera and screen differences.

Where are my tracking details?

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, the tracking details will be shared with you via email or SMS. We kindly request you to check your spam or junk folder as well, as automated emails may occasionally be redirected there.

Do you offer reverse pickup for returns?

Yes, we offer reverse pickup for eligible return requests. This service is subject to service availability at your pickup location.

In certain areas where reverse pickup is not available, we may request you to ship the product back to us. Once the returned product is received and approved, a full Store Credit will be issued.
